If the pack isn't what you expected, reply to your receipt email within 14 days of purchase and you'll get your money back. You don't need to explain why, and you don't need to fill anything in.
Refunds are processed by the payment provider, back to the original payment method. They usually clear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Past the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion — but they're normally given if the product is materially not as described on the sales page. If something in the pack is wrong, tell us either way: a correction helps everyone who bought it.
When you're refunded, your licence ends. Please delete your copy. We're not going to chase you about it — it's a $9 PDF, not a licence audit — but the terms are the terms.
Please email first. A chargeback costs more in fees than the product costs, and it takes longer for you to get your money back than simply asking. Every refund request so far has been honoured.
