These terms cover the purchase and use of The FreeStack Pack (the "product"), a digital document sold through this site. By buying it, you agree to what's below.
A digital document (PDF, approximately 45 pages) plus the accompanying text files described on the product page. It is delivered as a download. Nothing is shipped physically.
The product describes workflows and third-party tools. It does not include, resell, or license any third-party software. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, which may change at any time.
The price is shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment is processed by a third-party merchant of record, which handles sales tax and VAT in the jurisdictions where it applies. Your card statement will show that provider's name, not ours.
No subscription is created. This is a one-time purchase. You will not be charged again.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or no reason. Reply to your receipt email, or use the contact address at the bottom of this page. No form, no questions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once refunded, your licence to use the product ends and you should delete your copy.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion but are normally given if the product is materially not as described.
You may read, print, and use the product for your own work, including work you do for clients. You may quote short excerpts with attribution.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, include it in a paid bundle or course, or share your download link. One purchase covers one person, plus up to two colleagues in the same organisation.
The product is provided "as is". It describes software and pricing that change frequently, and techniques that depend on your own files, hardware and skill.
We do not warrant that any workflow will work for you, save you any particular amount of time, or remain accurate. Third-party tools may change, break, or withdraw free tiers at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your use of third-party tools described in the product.
Nothing in the product is legal, financial, tax, or security advice. Sections that discuss contracts and data handling are general information, not advice on your specific situation. For anything that matters, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
The product refers to third-party products and services. We are not affiliated with them unless stated, and we do not control their pricing, availability, terms, or data practices. Some links may be referral links; where that is the case it is marked inline.
Buyers receive update emails for twelve months from the date of purchase. Updates are provided as a courtesy and are not a guarantee of any particular frequency or content. We may stop updating the product; if we do, buyers are told.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Material changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under your own local law.
